DefinitionThe Minimal Antibiotic Resistance Platform (mARP) is a tool that can be used for the general dereplication of antibiotics in natural product extracts. This platform consists of fifteen low-copy number plasmids that constitutively express individual resistance genes that target seventeen of the most commonly found antibiotics.
