Daptomycin sensitive cardiolipin synthetase

Accession ARO:3003275
DefinitionCardiolipin synthetase catalyzes the formation of cardiolipin from two phosphatidylglycerol molecules. Cardiolipin is important in membrane translocation and permeabilization. Mutations on the enzyme confers resistance to Daptomycin.
