DefinitionMexJK-OpmH is a triclosan efflux protein expressed in the Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa. MexJ is the membrane fusion protein, MexK is the inner membrane resistance-nodulation-cell division (RND) transporter, and OpmH is the outer membrane efflux protein. MexJK is constitutively expressed in mexL mutants.
